At Bertilla, we take great pride in delivering premium-quality nuts, dry fruits, seeds, berries, and wholesome products to our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we ensure that every product is carefully sourced, packed, and delivered with the utmost care.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges in most cases. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you with an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:
You received a product that is damaged or defective.
The item delivered is different from what you ordered.
The product is expired or compromised in quality upon delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Clear images or videos of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided for verification.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide Details: Share your order number, product images/videos, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Verification & Approval: Our team will review the request and notify you of the approval or rejection of the exchange.
Exchange Process: If approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you at no extra cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
Products purchased during special promotions or discounts unless received in a damaged condition.
Minor variations in color, texture, or taste due to natural differences in farm produce.

Additional Notes

  • In case the requested product is out of stock, we may offer you a refund or a replacement with a similar product.
  • Bertilla reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet our policy guidelines.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to personal taste preferences.
