At Bertilla, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality nuts, dry fruits, seeds, berries, and wholesome products straight to your doorstep. Every product is carefully sourced, packed, and inspected to ensure that you receive only the best.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:
The product you received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
You received an incorrect product that does not match your order.
The product is expired at the time of delivery.

Conditions for Refund/Replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
  • Clear images or videos of the damaged, incorrect, or expired product must be provided for verification.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Contact Us: Email or call our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide Details: Share your order number, product images/videos, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Verification & Approval: Our team will review the request and confirm if it is eligible for a refund or replacement.
Resolution:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If you opt for a replacement, we will ship the correct or fresh product to you at no extra cost.

Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
Minor variations in color, texture, or taste due to natural differences in farm produce.
Orders placed during special promotions or discounts, unless the product is damaged.
Products returned due to personal preference or change of mind.

Additional Notes

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If the requested product for replacement is out of stock, we may offer an alternative product or a full refund.
  • Bertilla reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests that do not meet the policy criteria.
